Staff were helpful and gave privacy. The room was very neat with a beautiful view. We got fresh towels and items the second day without asking. Was great. It was perfect value for price. Will stay again

The booking experience was fine and the staff were great. Very convieniently located, with easy and close access to a variety of transport and entertainment options (including close to the Theatres). There is an IGA next door and a Woolworths around the corner, I found it quiet and comfortable and it was very suitable for an extended stay in Melbourne.

central location everything was great the staff went above and beyond when we had an issue with air conditioning we advised them before we went out for the evening upon our return they had opened the adjoining room for us to use as it was more comfortable it was fantastic that they could do this we will be returning

Loved the location. Loved the little apartment feeling very cozy. The view was also very pretty at night. Staff were lovely on arrival and departure. Will definitely stay again the faults where so minor.

Great value for money, we got the trip last minute and, while we were hoping to get a place much cheaper (and much worse), this was the cheapest place we could find at short notice but having it be in the CBD, be in a great location within the CBD and be so well-facilitated was amazing. We were so pleasantly surprised with all the things that were included and how clean and how big our room was. Best value for money compared to every else I have stayed in Melbourne.

The apartment was well equipped for a short stay for our family. The kitchen and bathroom had all we needed. The location was close to everything in the city. At first we thought the street noise from Lonsdale Street would be too loud but it was fine.

Loved the little separate kitchenette and lounge room which was away from the bedroom and bathroom, gave us (2 female friends) separate space when we needed it and different areas for different activities (eating/lounging and sleeping/getting ready to go out or to bed). Had all the basics and then some (stove top, kettle, plates, cutlery, frying pan, stuff to wash and dry dishes, fridge, pantry, hair dryer, etc)

I recently stated four nights at the Comfort Apartments and I absolutely loved it. I was a bit worried after reading the mixed reviews but honestly I found it great! The staff were warm, friendly and accomodating. The room was clean, huge and comfortable and had everything I needed. I found it to be quiet and I felt completely safe the whole time during my stay as a solo traveller. The location is amazing and perfect for when I need to travel for work. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was in a great location. While it's in the CBD, it was nice and quiet, yet close to the green fields/ gardens and parliament building and Princess theatr;e and China Town, plenty of attentions to keep a solo traveller like me busy and feeling safe. The hotel is value for money and the room ( with a kitchette, is large enough for a longer term stayer.
